All orders are screened for fraud before processing. Your Discount Store uses anti-fraud processors. All orders will be shipped to your billing account address only. We have and will pursue legal action for all fraudulent activities.
Normally we dispatch product the same day, but in some cases, please allow up to 7-15 working days for delivery to mainland UK addresses.
The average estimated delivery times are as follows :
UK: 1-3 working days (Depends on Royal Mail)
Europe : 7-15 working days
USA & Canada: 20 working days
ASIA : 25 working days
South America : 28 working days
Australia & Oceania : 28 working days
Please note: that the UK and National holidays & Royal Mail Strikes can slow the overall delivery time, especially during Christmas. Your Discount Store is not taking any responsibilities for delay of your delivery, as Royal Mail cannot guarantee the delivery times. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days when the Post Office is happy to classify the parcel as lost. Alternatively, we can send a replacement immediately if additional payment is made where upon the original purchase can be refunded after the 15 days has elapsed. This way you are not inconvenienced by being without your delivery. Your Discount Store cannot be held responsible for the late/loss of delivery. Any issues about delivery times and delivery service you are welcome to complain directly to Royal Mail.
If your are supplied us with incorrect address of delivery or you missed delivery and ignored the notification about delivery of your goods, you will be offered the following options:
1) refund of the goods only as delivery failed due to your fault;
2) pay again for re-delivery of your items;
If you had any problems or part of the order is missing, you should complain via email: email@example.com within 7 days of delivery, after this time we do not take any responsibilities.
Depending on the stock availability the items will be posted to the UK & Worldwide (excluding China & Japan).

Missing Items from order
Missing items from order should be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, after this period of time we do not take any responsibility for missing items. You understand that a false claim for compensation/replacement could result in criminal prosecution.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, return your unopened product within 7 days for a refund. Product must be in its original packaging. Postage is not refundable.
If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, return it within 7 days. We will exchange it for the same item or refund your money. (including postage paid by you)
Sales, clearance and discontinued items cannot be returned. Service and Software cannot be returned. All sales are final.
